Privacy
Short version
We grade the photo you upload, store it for 30 days so you can come back and see your result, then delete it. We never sell your photo, your address, or your email. If you submit the equity-report form, your contact details go to one local realtor through PersonalEquityReport.com. That's it.
What we collect
- Your photo: stored in Cloudflare R2, deleted after 30 days unless you opt into the public gallery.
- Optional city / state / zip: used for city aggregates and to localize cost ranges.
- Hashed IP: a salted SHA-256 of your IP, used only for rate-limiting.
- If you submit the equity form: address, email, and phone (optional). These go to PersonalEquityReport.com so a local realtor can prepare your report.
What we don't collect
- No third-party trackers, no Meta pixel, no Google Analytics. Server-side privacy-respecting analytics only.
- No account, no signup. We don't have a user table to leak.
Sharing
The only place we share contact data is with PersonalEquityReport.com, and only when you check the consent box on the equity-report form. We don't share your photo with anyone unless you opt into the public gallery.
Your rights
You can email hello@curbgrade.com any time to: see what we have, delete it, or pull a previously-shared photo from the public gallery. We respond within 7 days.
Children
Curbgrade is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from them.
